Can I Pick up&Deliver Furniture Myself?

Although we know that not every bride wants to pay for delivery fees, we have to prevent as much "love" on our furniture pieces as possible.  Our collection is full of beautiful antiques that require careful attention when transporting.  We much prefer our delivery team to do the lifting! We have a minimum delivery fee of $75 with in a 30 mile radius.  Please email us for a delivery quote based on your venue, order size, and delivery/pick up time requirements.

Can I cancel my rental?

Occasionally events do get cancelled or details get changed. Although we would love to offer a full refund,  we have limited inventory and we may have turned down other brides for rentals on the event date, the deposit is non refundable. 

What happens if I damage a piece?

Upon signing contract, Perennial Jane will require both a valid credit card and driver's license to keep on file.  We charge replacement or repair costs when we deem that gross negligence with respect to our furniture has taken place. This includes, but is certainly not limited to, spills onto the upholstery (think red wine), leaving furniture outside overnight, (unknowingly) allowing children to draw on any item with a sharpie, etc… We require that a credit card be left on file to cover these types of events. If an item is returned stained or damaged but can be cleaned or repaired, the credit card on file will only be charged the cost Perennial Jane incurred to fix it (up to five times the rental price.)

Our warehouse is located in Bossier City, La. We are currently by appointment only, but we’d be happy to schedule a time to have you come by!

How long will a proposal reserve furniture before I pay my deposit?

Once your proposal is put together, the items you have selected are “held” for you for one week and are unavailable for others to rent. After one week, if we do not receive a deposit to confirm the order, the proposal expires, and the items are released back into our inventory for others to reserve.


Do you have a minimum rental requirement?

For orders that are within a 30 mile radius of Bossier City, we do not have a minimum order requirement.  No order is too small!  For orders that are beyond a 30 mile radius, we do require a $500 minimum order plus delivery fees.  


What is the process for renting mirrors or small accessories?

If you are only renting mirrors or accessories, we require payment in full to reserve your order.  We do not typically deliver mirrors and accessories so that we can keep the cost of these rentals down for our customers.  In order to give your calligrapher time to write on the mirrors, we will meet you at our storage facility as early as the Tuesday before your event to pick up the mirrors.  We ask that you return the mirrors and accessories the following Monday after your event.
